Through the constellation process, implicit intergenerational burdens can become explicit. Invisible structural, emotional and behavioral patterns embedded in the family system can be revealed. Visual representation of members in the system allows the client to see their energetic field from different perspectives and viewpoints which provides unique and meaningful insights for transformation, healing and freedom. “A spatial exploration of a relational question, using different positions, representatives, objects or people to look at how things are connected with one another and where systems might be frozen by entanglements or traumas.“ - Sarah Peyton I offer one on one constellation sessions - 50 minutes ($120 US or $150 CAD) or 80 minute sessions ($180 US or $235 CAD) Group Constellation sessions can be arranged.
